At Optimus Blinds, we stand behind the quality of our products. We are proud to offer a 5-year limited warranty on all motors and mechanical components.
What's Covered
Our 5-year warranty covers:
Motorized system failures
Remote or hub-related malfunctions
Mechanical defects in the lifting and tilting systems
This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Optimus Blinds and is valid from the date of purchase.
Installation Requirement
This warranty only applies if the blinds were installed by the Optimus Blinds team.
Any product that has been installed by the customer or a third party (DIY installation) will not be covered under this warranty.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear of fabric or material
Discoloration, fading, or fabric fraying due to sunlight or moisture exposure
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidents
Modifications or repairs not performed or authorized by Optimus Blinds
Batteries, chargers, or other accessories not sold by us
Proof of Warranty
Your original invoice serves as your proof of warranty. Please retain it for any service or replacement requests. Without it, we may not be able to honor your claim.
